I have been training with Paul at Ultrafit for 4 years now and long may it continue. Paul has recently helped me prepare for 100km ultra challenge, and tailored the training towards the event. He is skilled in many areas - something that stands out for me is Paul provides his professional expertise and guidance but alongside this , importantly allows the client to input into what type of training they actually want to do and enjoy !
I started training with Paul in late 2022 after suffering a stroke. I was nervous about starting back at the gym, but Paul was so understanding and supportive. He took the time to understand my concerns and create a personalised workout plan that was right for me. I've been working with Paul for 10 months now, and I've lost weight, improved my balance, and my weak side is getting stronger. Paul is always encouraging and motivating, and he never pushes me too hard. I feel so much better since I started working with him, and I can't recommend him enough!
I've been doing one-to-one Krav Maga sessions with Paul for nearly a year now and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's an excellent coach, has an immense amount of knowledge and has put together brilliant and practical sessions for me. They're an incredible workout too! I'm super happy with all I've learned and the progress I've made. Five stars!
