Training with Rob/Transform really is enjoyable. With his expertise and knowledge, Rob assesses your body's capabilities and works to improve and further them. Encompassing technique, mobility, food & nutrition, you can see Rob cares about your goals and helping you achieve them. His easy-going nature and knowing not to push you too hard, training with Rob/Transform really is a joy. The monthly catch up calls are a great way of asking questions or discussing nutrition or motivation that you may not have time to in the session. After only a few weeks, I felt stronger and fitter. A few weeks after that, I've lost weight and look visibly leaner and toned. My clothes feel loser and I've received compliments from family and friends. Given my age, I thought this would take ages! I can't wait to see how I'll feel and what I'll look like in just a few months time. I cannot recommend Transform highly enough. Thanks Rob!

Rob was very thorough with his initial assessment of my existing Injuries and mobility. He has a great depth of knowledge and information, which enables him to create really challenging workout plans for me. He's always willing to answer any questions and will come and give feedback in the Gym when I'm there.
I’ve been working with Rob at Transform PT for the last year. The changes I’ve seen in myself over that year have been amazing. Not only have I lost 18lbs, but Rob has also helped me to reduce my back pain. I work from home on a laptop every day and have had awful back pain from having such a sedentary job. Rob has taught me stretches and exercises to do to help with the pain. Now my back pain is almost gone, I have small flair ups however, through working with Rob I know what to do when this happens. My strength has grown and my knowledge around nutrition has improved enormously, I’m even sleeping much better and my whole lifestyle has improved. The sessions are varied and well thought out and I enjoy every single training session I have.
