Been training at Revolution Brighton for over a year now and I have seen consistent results. Alex has not only helped me to train better but also has advised on how to incorporate a better sleeping pattern and a better diet to suit my busy work schedule. I started my 12 week plan with Lucy in November 2019, and plan to keep going throughout 2020. I've worked with her and the team before and it was such a great experience for me, I had to start again. Having a personal trainer, in a studio rather than a gym, has a real impact on your mental health too. Every one is there because they want a change and want to achieve something. No one is looking at you, no one is judging. We're all there for the same reason, so it brings a really positive vibe into the room. The trainers are so friendly and nice to talk to. Going yo Revolution is my favourite part of my week.

Lucy has been brilliant as my personal trainer at the revolution in Brighton. I have been so motivated that I have consistently gone for 3 sessions a week and always looking forward to the next session. Gym as always been boring to me but I find the sessions with Lucy very exciting with different exercises every time. The staff very welcoming and friendly too. Very good place to be.

I have been with Revolution for 18 months now. I achieved my initial weight loss goals, and since then my Personal Trainer Jack has pushed me to work harder and get fitter than I imagined I could. The studio has a great atmosphere -all the trainers are really friendly and supportive and encourage each others' clients. Revolution also arrange monthly challenges which make you feel like part of a team. I recommend Revolution to anyone who wants to get fit in a supportive environment.

I have been training with Jack at Revolution for over two years and during that time not only has my body changed but I have changed my entire outlook to fitness. Where once I would never have set foot in a gym I now have increased confidence and really enjoy training. I really look forward to my sessions and also now train on my own at weekends.which I would never have done before starting here. Jack is a great motivator and really understands when to push me to ensure I reach my potential. I find all of the PTs at Revolution friendly and approachable, there is a great atmosphere and at no time have I ever felt self conscious. This is what all personal training should be.
